Finish surface grinding with angular head capabilities 53.x197.. Finish painting.

A unique collection of equipment ideally suited for precision shaft manufacturing. Capabilities include turning up to 24. x 44.. Full heat treat and straightening available in house. Precision OD and ID grinding on our Studer and Voumard Grinders. Thread grinding, jig grinding, jig boring and dynamic balancing as required to meet customer specifications.

Our precision controlled Heat Treat area offers quenching atmospheres of Oil, Nitrogen, Vacuum and Salt. The following processes are performed on a regular basis: Annealing, Austempering, Carburizing, Hardening, Normalizing, Straightening, Case Hardening, Cryogenic Treating, Nickel Pentrate, Pack Carburizing and Stress Relieving.

Over 100,000 square ft. of high bay assembly space with crane capacities up to 30 tons. Granite surface plates up to 6.x12. that are maintained to an AA laboratory grade flatness suitable for large and accurate assembly needs. Electrical cabinet assembly is conducted on a full time basis to strict NEMA code requirements. Multiple power, air and coolant drops available to meet all final assembly needs. Clean room assembly conducted where high precision bearings are mated up with high precision shafts and housings.
